How to block google talk on my system?

hi there, i use xp sp2 and my sister installed the google talk on my system. I want to block the google talk. but i wont get any idea, how to block the program without uninstalling. anybody show me how?

pl. change of google settings
Reply:Open Start button and choose run button. Then type "msconfig" and click enter button. Go to start option in the window appeared. remove google talk from the list and apply it. then shut down the PC. It will not come on starting the computer.
Reply:Just block TCP connections to talk.google.com on port 5222, or on port 443.

Go to the StartUp tab





Remove gtalk from the startup..





Gtalk will not be loaded in the startup anymore.But it will be loaded when you open it
Reply:Go to the firewall settings and block the program.
Reply:turn down the sound
