I think you can do just about anything on the interntet on your psp. the trick is getting online or finding a connection. I think if you go in front of radioshaq, you can pick up radio waves. or you can buy a rouder for your computer and you can play in your house. or your laptop where you can play anywhere your laptop goes.
Is there a way to use google talk or Yahoo Instant Messaging from your PSP?
Yes something like that, but you need a psp irc client. google it.
