I am on Skype, YM, MSN messenger, AIM, ICQ and Google Talk. How do you find people who actually wish to chat?!?

in skype you can enter skype me mode this will enable anyone who is not on your contact list to start a chat or phone call you can use skype's search for skype users and tick search for users in skype me mode

you could also try making friends in mass multiplayer online browser games my fave is http://games.swirve.com/utopia/ you will be put in to a kingdom of 24 other provinces in that kingdom and its a team based game and many players use msn yahoo ETC to Communicate outside the game
