Try using Meebo. It is an online instant messenger and you can sign in to yahoo, msn, google talk, and Aim. Now you cannot enter yahoo chatrooms with it. But it is a good alternative instant messenger. http://wwwm.meebo.com/index-en.html

Trillian will let you log into your aol, and yahoo account but I don't think it supports google talk yet. I'm not certain if there is an all in one solution yet but if there isn't I'm sure someone will develop it soon. Here's the link for trillian if you're interested:
