How do i stop Google Talk opening when i boot my computer?

well what Opperating system your using would be helpful!





If your using XP then click Start%26gt;run and in the open box type MSCONFIG


Now click on the start up tab and remove any programs that you dont want to start up when you turn your machine on.





Vistathen click Start%26gt;in the command box type MSCONFIG


now follow the seps as in XP

this should work, click on "Run" (in your start menu), a search bar will popup, type in "msconfig" into the text bar.


A window will popup saying "system configuration utility". there are a series of tabs in this window, click on the one that says "startup".


there will then be a list of all the programs that start when you turn on your computer. Uncheck the one that says google talk. TO EXIT CLICK ON APPLY THEN OK. but be careful and only uncheck that program, then reboot your computer to see if it has worked. if it doesn't work you will be able to go back and undo it.
